A spacious, grand family villa in Javea Costa Blanca with private pool and air conditioning. This holiday villa rental has large, enclosed grounds and is a short distance into the old town of Javea, The sandy beach at the Arenal with its bars, restaurants, and shops is a short drive.
The main property is on one level with kitchen, living room, 5 bedrooms and pool and terrace all on the main level and sleeps 10. The large master bedroom with en-suite and lounge is situated on the first floor and sleeps 2 and there is a lower level with a double bedroom with en-suite. So sleeps 14 in total.
Outside there is a large terrace with sunbeds, dining table and chairs, sofa and chairs with central coffee table. The private swimming pool is 10m x 5m. There is also a table-tennis table.
Javea old town is walking distance where there is a weekly market. The port in Javea is under 10 minutes by car as is the Arenal Beach. There are also some beautiful coastal bays in Javea such as Granadella and Portichol perfect for snorkelling which are a short drive by car.
There are many supermarkets and shops in Javea all within 10 minutes by car as well as many restaurants close by, two within easy walking distance. The area has an abundance of entertainment including many watersports including scuba-diving, jet-skis, boat hire etc., horse-riding, golf, tennis and much more.
